A 20 minute demo call to understand your business, then I design and build the system, then a launch call and handover of everything.
What does it cost?
$225 a month, and that is the whole thing: the website built, hosted and kept live, the SEO and AI search work, the Google review system and every ongoing change you ask for. Month to month, no build fee, no lock in, and the price includes GST.
Is there a lock in contract or a setup fee?
No to both. Everything is month to month, you can cancel with one month's notice, and there is no build fee or setup cost. Your price is locked in for as long as you are a client, it never increases.
Who will I be dealing with?
Scalus is Melbourne based, founded by Tim in 2011, with a background in video production and a Masters from Swinburne. You get local support from the person who built your system, no call centres and no outsourcing.
When is support available and how fast do changes get done?
Scalus client support is active Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Changes are usually done within 72 hours, sometimes quicker depending on how big they are. Anything that lands outside those hours is picked up on the next business day.
